Thank you, Mayor Jay Ruais and the City of Manchester, Manchester VA Health Care, the Manchester Continuum of Care, and all the VSOs and community partners who made this work possible.

Special thanks to Veteran Kumar Sookdeo for sharing his story. Harbor Care recently moved Kumar from transitional housing to a permanent home.

Together, partners have recorded 152 permanent housing move-ins. The time to identify permanent housing has dropped from 284 days to 90—a 68% improvement!
