Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Harbor Care at any time by replying “STOP,” “QUIT,” “CANCEL,” “END,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any of our messages. We will process your opt-out request promptly, and you will receive a confirmation message.

Opting Back In: If you opt out and later wish to receive SMS messages again, you will need to re-subscribe through the original opt-in method (e.g., texting the opt-in keyword, submitting a web form or sending a email).

For patients at the Health & Wellness Center, let Health Center staff know of any changes to your SMS preferences, or opt out of health center text messages by responding with “8”. You can opt back in at any time by requesting staff assistance. You can reach the Center at 603-821-7788.
