Dr. David Klebenov is a board-certified family physician with broad experience spanning adult medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and correctional healthcare. Most recently, he served as a Family Physician at Steward Medical Group in Salem, NH, and as Medical Director for PrimeCare Medical, overseeing care across four New Hampshire county jails.

He previously practiced at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH, where he also held a Medical Director role at the RiverMead LifeCare Community. His early clinical experience includes providing full-spectrum care within the Navajo Nation as a locum tenens physician.
Dr. Klebenov completed his residency in Family Medicine at the NH-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Concord, NH. He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Wagner School. He also completed post-baccalaureate training at Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the NH Academy of Family Physicians.
