Provider Spotlight

A man with a stethoscope stands in a hallway with informational text and statistics about healthcare services displayed on the wall behind him.

Dr. Klebenov serves as Medical Director at Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center, bringing decades of experience in family medicine, correctional health, and care for people facing complex medical and social challenges. His approach emphasizes access, dignity, and meeting patients where they are—especially those who have historically been left out of traditional healthcare systems.

“Good healthcare doesn’t start with a diagnosis—it starts with trust. When people feel respected and supported, they’re far more likely to engage in care that can truly change their lives.”

Dr. David A. Klebenov, Medical Director
