As the Housing Director, Heather Nelson oversees the various housing programs operated at Harbor Care. Along with her team of passionate & dedicated staff, who ensures that individuals receive the personal support they need to be successful and maintain their independence in housing.
Heather brings more than 21 years of experience working in various capacities at Harbor Care and has been the Housing Director since 2018.
