Campbell was selected from a highly competitive field of nominees representing community health organizations across the United States.
In her 10th year at Harbor Care, Campbell leads staff development initiatives that strengthen workforce training, professional growth, and quality patient care across the organization’s integrated healthcare and social service programs. Her work helps ensure Harbor Care staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to serve individuals and families facing complex medical, behavioral health, and housing challenges.
Established in 2007, the Emerging Leader Award honors rising professionals nominated by health center and primary care leaders nationwide whose work advances the community health center movement.
