Referral Information for Healthcare, Social Services, and Criminal Justice Professionals

Harbor Care’s Cynthia Day Family Center (CDFC) is a residential substance use treatment program for women, including pregnant and parenting women. Children up to age 12 may visit and live on site with their mothers during their stay.

Patient Eligibility

  • Patients must be motivated to participate in recovery services.

  • Eligibility requirements vary and are tailored to meet individual needs.

  • Patients do not need insurance to be considered. Harbor Care offers a wide array of payment options, including Medicaid and private insurance coverage. At this time, we are not able to accept Medicare or offer the use of our sliding-fee scale. We can also assist clients with insurance enrollment.

    • Provide basic patient information, including substance use history, medical needs, and the reason for referral.
