A group of people, each wearing a different colored sweater, joining their hands together in the center. The hands form a circle, symbolizing unity and teamwork. The background is blurred and suggests an outdoor setting.

Peer Support Groups

Peer groups offer a safe space to develop coping skills, reduce isolation, and build community. Specialized groups are available for English and Spanish speakers. Services are free for residents of Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Stafford counties.

Housing as Healthcare

For individuals with HIV/AIDS, stable housing is critical to maintaining health. Harbor Care collaborates with HUD and the city of Nashua to ensure access to affordable housing for those who are homeless and living with HIV/AIDS.
