Dental Patient Instructions
Detailed Information and Instructions for Your Forthcoming Dental Appointment
Before you attend your appointment, you will be called to confirm your appointment 3 days and a day prior. If you are new to the practice you will be required to fill out an intake packet. The forms should be completed at least 2 days before the appointment when possible. If you have insurance kindly give your insurance details beforehand.
On The Day of Your Appointment
- Please check in at the reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment and wait in the waiting area and a dental team member will bring you to the clinic for your appointment.
- Please ensure that you have used the bathroom before your appointment.
- Only yourself will be allowed with few exceptions to enter the practice (a parent, child, or caretaker, translator) so where ever possible attend alone and bring minimal personal items with you.
- On Thursday’s from 12-1pm entrance door at Factory Street and High street will be locked so please call us on (603) 821-7788 and a dental team member will come get you.
- Card payments are our preferred option for payments currently, but cash is accepted as well.
- If you are waiting more than 15 minutes for your appointment, please inform a front desk member.
Check out process
Our receptionist will then make any future appointments as needed.
