Nashua Nears the End of Chronic Homelessness

There are fewer than 30 individuals who are chronically homeless in Nashua.

We can end chronic homelessness this year. You can help.

Amidst a pandemic, our front-line housing team has helped nearly 40 individuals who were chronically homeless to secure permanent housing over the past several months. There are now just 22 individuals in Nashua who are chronically homeless. Harbor Care has set a goal to end chronic homelessness in the city by year’s end. You can help!

Integrating stable housing with vital supports including, health care, dental, and mental health care, substance misuse treatment, employment services, and other wraparound supports are critical to this effort. It starts with the dignity of a home.

To help ensure these supports Harbor Care has launched a fundraising initiative, Dignity of Home, presented by CGI Business Solutions, with a $75,000 goal. We are grateful for the incredible response from the community and their financial support. This includes Enterprise Bank, whose recent generous gift brought the campaign to more than $71,000 raised.

With less than $4,000 left to raise, you can help end this campaign successfully and – more importantly – end chronic homelessness in our community.

Please donate today and help vulnerable individuals in our community find hope, achieve stability, and transform their lives. Thank you!
