Job Summary:
Harbor Care seeks a Masters Level Mental Health Counselor, Social worker, or related major, to join our team as a School-based Mental Health Clinician working within the school systems of our community, therapeutically supporting students of all ages and helping them overcome mental and emotional issues. This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
+ Clinical Treatment Services Manager
Job Summary
This management position will be responsible for overseeing the treatment services offered within Cynthia Day Family Center (CDFC) and Keystone Hall. This person will be working collaboratively with the residential program manager, under the supervision of the Substance Use Services Director to ensure that high quality treatment services are being offered to clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining licensing standards, including but not limited to those regarding clinical service delivery and documentation. An ideal candidate would have experience directing trauma informed residential programs and have experience with grant management/oversight. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have proven decision-making skills as well being able to think critically.
