Harbor Care Appoints Katie Tovar Paciulan as Director of Veteran Services

NASHUA, NH — Harbor Care is proud to announce the appointment of Katie Tovar Paciulan as its new Director of Veteran Services. In this role, she will oversee Harbor Care’s comprehensive portfolio of veteran programs, including transitional and permanent housing, Supportive Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF), the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP), and the Staff Sergeant Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program.

Before joining Harbor Care, Paciulan served honorably in the Military Police for the U.S. Army from 2006 to 2012. She has been with Harbor Care for more than seven years, most recently as Program Manager for SSVF, where she provided critical leadership in housing stability and support services for veterans and their families. Her previous roles include Assistant Program Manager, Case Manager, and Outreach Specialist.

Paciulan is deeply engaged in statewide veteran initiatives. She currently chairs the Veteran Subcommittee of the Manchester Continuum of Care, serves as an active member of the Statewide Veteran Steering Committee, and has taken a leadership role in the Manchester Mayor’s Initiative to End Veteran Homelessness in the city. She holds aBachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and anAssociate of Arts in Psychology from Mount Washington College.
