Brian Tagliaferro, Chief Philanthropy Officer at Harbor Care, leads key fundraising campaigns and efforts. With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, he specializes in building relationships and securing major gifts. Brian previously worked at Vermont Public Radio and Capstone Community Action, and holds a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College and an M.A. in Public Administration from West Chester University.
