Rosemarie Dykeman, Board Member
Rosemarie Dykeman joined the Harbor Care board of directors in 2020. She believes that Harbor Care provides essential services with exceptional vision and outreach, and she is thrilled to lend her perspective to such valuable work.
Rosemarie has a long record of public service and non-profit leadership in the Nashua community. She served as the Director of Social Services for the Nashua Corps of The Salvation Army from October 2009 to August of 2021. That position gave her a unique view of the needs present in the community. Her insights and dedication to her clients lead her to serve on the Integrated Delivery Network Region 3 Committee, the Mayor’s Opioid Task Force, the City’s Continuum of Care committee and the sub-committee on Ending Homelessness, among others. She currently serves on the board of directors for The Emmaus Institute in Nashua. For over 20 years she and her husband have served together in leadership roles within Retrouvaille International, a global ministry helping marriages in crisis. They lead the Retrouvaille International board of directors from 2016 and 2017.
Rosemarie grew up in Nashua and raised her family here as well. When she isn’t working or volunteering, she enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with family and friends, especially at the beach.
Rosemarie earned bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and English from Fairfield University in Connecticut and Master of Arts degrees in Human Resource Development and Management from Webster University.
