NH Charitable Foundation Awards Harbor Care $30k

NASHUA, NH – Harbor Care is proud to announce the receipt of a $30,000 grant from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. This grant will support Harbor Care in advancing its mission-critical work to end homelessness and improve health outcomes by enhancing technology systems, expanding outreach and engagement efforts, and strengthening partnerships to better serve New Hampshire’s most vulnerable individuals and families.

These enhancements will allow us to better meet the needs of those we serve, empowering them to achieve stability, health, and success.”
